All payments in our Facebook games are handled by Facebook. For security reasons we do not store any payment details of our users here at Wooga.
To request the refund of a purchase made in one of our Facebook games you will need to go to your payment history and ‘Dispute’ a payment.
Please follow these steps below to create a 'Dispute'.
1. First, log-in to Facebook on your computer 2. Go to 'Settings' 3. Select 'Payments' on the left hand menu 4. In the Payments history click on the payment you wish to 'Dispute' 5. In the following window; click on “Dispute” and follow the on-screen instructions 6. You will receive a follow up email with the details and status of the refund.
