The Responsible Gaming: Self - Exclusion Policy helps create some healthy space for our players who need a break, as it enables them to request:

  • Removing themselves from all marketing communication and outreach*

How does it work?

Players can request our products be blocked using the responsible gaming link in the relevant menus inside all of our games. Requests can take some time to process, but once completed, we will take all reasonable measures to ensure that all access will cease and any outreach detected will be removed.

It's important to note that if you request blocking in any game from Wooga, Playtika, or the greater Playtika portfolio of products - all games in the portfolio will be blocked.

For example, If a player requests to be blocked in June's Journey, they will also lose access to Bingo Blitz, another Playtika game.
