We're excited to introduce a handy new feature in our game! You can now easily report any problematic ads you come across in our games by providing detailed information about them.
Keep in mind that this tool is available exclusively on mobile devices.
How can I report an ad?
1. Get access to ad issue reporter
To access the ad issue reporter, simply flip your device screen down twice while the ad is playing. This will display the AppLovin logo on your screen for five seconds. Tap the icon to open the issue reporter.

2. View recent ads
Once the ad issue reporter is open, you'll see a list of the ads you've recently watched. Tapping on any ad will provide more details about it.
3. Report problematic ads
If you come across an ad that's causing trouble, you can report it using the ad issue reporter. Just tap on the ad and hit the Report button. This will create an ad issue report that can be sent to our support team for further investigation.
4. Send email to Wooga
Please provide a detailed description of the issue you experienced with the ad and send it to our support team. The ad issue reporter will automatically prepare an email with technical ad information, so please don't remove it.
To make our investigation more efficient, please add the following information if possible.
- A detailed explanation of the problem
- A screenshot of the ad
- The timestamp when you saw it
- The ad/product name
- What was advertised
Any additional information that will help us identify the issue and the ad in question
To send it, you need to add our email <adcreativereports@wooga.com> as the recipient.
