The Diamond Box is a timed reward for playing the game.

You can claim a Diamond Box inside the Shop multiple times per day. To find it, tap the Shop icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the main map screen, then tap the blue chest icon.

After you claim your Diamond Box rewards, a timer will show you when the Diamond Box will be refilled with more diamonds to collect!
