IMPORTANT NOTE: Pearl's Peril will open only if you are present on the game tab while it loads.
Q: My game never loads.
A: If the loading bar never starts filling up, you may need to change your cookie settings in your browser to allow 3rd party cookies. Without this the game cannot load. Here you can find out how to check and change your cookie settings.
Q: My game takes a long time to load.
A: The new Facebook version does things a little differently than the old one, and the first thing that you should expect is the game downloading resources the first time you log in. The amount of time this takes depends on your system and internet connection. After this is done for the first time, you should expect the game to load much quicker.
There are a few things that you can do to help your system with this. Firstly, before playing Pearl’s Peril, close any other open tabs in your browser. Secondly, close any other non-essential programs that are running. Both of these will free up more memory for the game to load. Another thing you can do to help the game is clear your browser’s cache.
Although it may be possible to play Pearl’s Peril on a 32-bit browser, we can only provide support to players on 64-bit browsers. You can check your system to see if you can install a 64-bit version of your favorite browser.

Instructions for Mac.
The browser you use is very important. Internet Explorer support was discontinued earlier this year by Microsoft. Safari, Microsoft Edge and Opera also lag behind in terms of support for new features. We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the best performance for the new version.
Note: For the best possible performance (which depends on other aspects of you PC configuration) we recommend you to use 64-bit operating systems such as Windows 8-10, Mac OS, Chrome OS, Ubuntu or Linux combined with 64-bit browsers. Keep in mind that game might not work properly on older operating systems like Windows Vista, Windows XP or Windows 7.
Q: How do I know if I have enough memory or a video card that can run Pearl’s Peril?
A: You need at least 2 gigabytes of RAM to play. Here you can find instructions on how to check your RAM memory.
Some video cards require you to update the drivers to use the new version. Here you can find out how to update your drivers on Windows 10.
Q: I have a supported browser but the game still won’t load.
A: Check the questions above to ensure that you are using the best browser for Pearl’s Peril. If you are still having problems loading, you might need to allow Pearl’s Peril to accept 3rd party cookies in your browser settings. In content settings you can check your cookie permissions.
