• At the top right, click Customize and control Google Chrome (displayed as three vertical dots) and then click on Settings
  • Select Privacy and security on the left and click Cookies and other site data
  • Click Allow all Cookies
  • Click the Menu button (displayed as three bars in the upper-right corner of the screen) and choose Preferences
  • Select Privacy & Security
  • From the three options of drop-down menu select Custom
  • Uncheck Cookies
  • Click Reload All Tabs
  • Go to the left-hand corner and click on Safari, then select Preferences from the drop-down menu
  • Navigate to the Privacy tab
  • Make sure Prevent cross-site tracking is unchecked
  • Select Menu (displayed as three dots in the upper-right corner of the screen) and select Settings
  • Select Privacy & Security
  • In the Cookies drop-down menu, make sure that Don't block cookies is selected
  • Restart Edge
